In the event you replace a router with a new BoxID, your account and preferences are not impacted provided you just change your BoxID connected with your location by taking these steps:
- Log into your dashboard (dashboard.adamnet.works)
- Click on Billing Settings
- Click on Change Networks
- Remove the old BoxID by clicking the trash icon
- Paste or type your new BoxID
- Accept and review changes
When the gateway of the new BoxID is connected and online, the top left corner of the dashboard will show "Status: Online." Wait a minute or two for the new BoxID to register and then refresh your page to validate.
